Overview and Purpose

This campaign sends appointment information, including confirmation and reminder messages, to clients who have booked an appointment with Nance Coaching Studio on www.NanceCoachingStudio.com or Nance Collective LLC. on NanceCollective.com, and opted-in to receive promotional and notification SMS from Nance Coaching Studio.

Client Communications

The campaign will reach out to clients who signed up for updates via SMS. Nance Coaching Studio will use this campaign to communicate with clients who have opted in to receive messages.

Opt-Out

• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode.

• After sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS.

• Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
